Behind the Tingoora Hotel, you will find Cellarbrations Tingoora, a drive through bottleshop with the best selection in the region! Locals travel far and wide for our range of Billson's pre-mixes, beers, wines and spirits.Over in Wondai you will find our sister store, Cellarbrations Wondai (on MacKenzie St next to the IGA) with the same great prices and regular specials.

History

The Tingoora Hotel is one of the South Burnett's oldest drinking holes. With plenty or character and original features, we invite you to take a step back in time and enjoy the sweeping views and friendly country hospitality we have become known for.

The town of Tingoora takes it's name from the old railway station which was named after the local Indigenous Australian word in the Waka language for the wattle tree.The Kilkvan to Goomeri section of the Nanango railway line opened in December 1904, with Tingoora served by the Tingoora railway station. The Theebine to Kingaroy line was officially closed in early 2010.The Tingoora railway bridge is the longest surviving wooden railway bridge in the South Burnett. The restored curved railway bridge is now part of the popular South Burnett Rail Trail.
